Meditation technique for beginner

First, look for a calm and quiet place, you can do meditation at your home or in a garden. Sit in a lotus position or Padmasana  (sit with cross-legged position) keep your spine straight. close your eyes. focus on your breath. In and out. In means to inhale and out for exhaling. Get your mind free of on-going thoughts via deep breathing exercises. it is suggested that how long you keep your mind relax, it enhances your mental stamina. 

Meditation technique for anxiety



Meditation in itself is therapy. If you are a regular practitioner of meditation the probability is less to get into anxiety. For anxiety, the meditation is not different. One has to sit in a lotus position, keep your spine and head straight. Close your eyes and begin deep breathing exercises. While practicing, focus on your in/out breathing. The meditation is all about keeping your mind calm, focus on your breath, and get rid of all the thoughts. Everyone has to face anxiety now and then. Via meditation, the practitioner can control their emotions. It gives you calm and focuses on the right way to handle every situation. You will become self-conscious of your own. 

Mindfulness meditation technique

There are various types of meditations techniques. Mindfulness is one of them. To practice mindfulness, sit silently and concentrate on your natural breathing or on a word chanting mantra that you can repeat quietly. let your thoughts come and go without giving a verdict and take your focus back to the initial state of breathing exercise.  Feel the subtle sensations of your body such as an itch or tingling without reacting and let it go. Precipitate each part of the body from head to toe. 


Yoga and Meditation now widely practiced all over the world. As the year has passed ancient Meditation technique takes its form in different sections. Earlier in the Hinduism or Santana dharma, yoga and meditation were believed to be initiated by sage (rishi's). Yoga and meditation were practiced on a regular basis and it was considered to be a spiritual practice. From this, they believed to go near to the god.
