Sit and cross your legs over each other or lotus position. Keep your back and neck straight and close your eyes.

Use your right hand, and close your right nostril with the thumb.
Inhale through the left nostril, slowly and deeply until your lungs get filled.
Next, release your thumb and hold the left nostril with your index finger.
Then, exhale slowly through the right nostril completely.
From the same nostril inhale deeply.
Press the right nostril and release the left nostril to let the C02 come out of your left nostril (exhale). Then take your breath from the left nostril deeply and close the left nostril with your index finger.
